Job Overview

Join our team at as a Finance and Administration Manager! We're looking for someone who combines strong financial experience with the dynamic world of digital marketing. You'll not only oversee our financial operations but also manage essential HR functions

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting).
Manage company budgets, financial forecasts, and investment strategies.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and implement budgets in coordination with the executive team.
Monitor budget variances and report significant issues to management.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Coordinate and manage recruitment, staff training and development, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance/Administration Manager or similar role in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software like Zoho box
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
