In a media agency environment, this role balances creative excellence with performance thinking, ensuring that ideas are not only visually strong but also optimized for platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
المسؤوليات والمهام
- Develop and execute strong visual concepts aligned with campaign strategy, brand guidelines, and media objectives
- Translate creative briefs, insights, and data into impactful visual ideas across paid, owned, and earned media
- Ensure visual consistency, quality, and craft across all creative deliverables and platforms
- Collaborate closely with media planners and strategists to create channel-optimized creative for social, display, video, OOH, and emerging formats
- Adapt creative concepts based on audience targeting, placements, formats, and platform best practices
- Partner with copywriters to deliver cohesive visual and verbal storytelling
- Oversee design and production of assets including social ads, display banners, video storyboards, presentations, landing pages, and brand toolkits
- Direct photo shoots, video productions, and motion design when required
- Provide hands-on design support during high-volume or fast-turnaround campaign executions
- Present creative concepts and rationales clearly to internal teams and clients
- Incorporate client feedback and performance learnings while maintaining creative integrity
- Apply campaign KPIs and performance data to inform creative iterations and optimizations
- Support A/B testing and creative optimization efforts based on media performance insights
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining high creative standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and agency workflow requirements
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or a related creative field.
- 4–8+ years of experience in a creative role within a media, advertising, or integrated agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and multi-channel campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or video tools are a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating and adapting creative for paid media and performance-driven campaigns
- Knowledge of digital, social, video, and emerging media platforms and formats
- Ability to translate strategy, audience insights, and data into visual solutions
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
