    how we started.

    YAZ began with two people teaching themselves the craft. The habits from those first days still shape how we treat each other, not only how we treat the work.

    $1Two people and one ad. That’s where it began.

    1. We started by teaching ourselves. Asking questions, sharing what you’ve learned and trying something new is part of the job, at every level.

    2. Feedback is direct and respectful. We talk openly, so problems surface early and good ideas travel fast.

    3. When something goes well, we name the team behind it. Every contribution should be visible, whoever made it.

    4. We hire across many nationalities, cultures and languages. Arabic and English are spoken every day, alongside many others, and those different backgrounds help us understand the people and places we make things for.

    5. We grew from two people and still behave like a small team: close to each other, close to the craft and easy to reach.
