The Creative Lead is responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of projects across digital, social media, branding, video, and marketing campaigns. This role leads the creative team, ensures high-quality deliverables, and develops innovative concepts that align with client objectives and business goals. The Creative Lead collaborates closely with account managers, strategists, designers, content creators, and production teams to deliver impactful and engaging creative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role within a media, advertising, or marketing agency.

• Previous experience leading or managing a creative team.

• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, branding, digital content, and creative projects. Skills & Competencies
