    We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer strategy, partnerships, and campaigns across our clients and in-house projects. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, relationship-builder, and strategist who understands how to connect brands with the right voices to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable impact.

    You’ll manage end-to-end influencer collaborations from scouting and negotiation to campaign execution, reporting, and trend analysis ensuring all partnerships align with the agency’s creative direction and client goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audiences.
    • Identify opportunities to integrate influencer marketing into broader content, social, and media plans.
    • Research and stay ahead of platform trends, creator behavior, and emerging influencer categories (micro, macro, celebrity, and UGC creators).
    • Scout and onboard influencers relevant to client industries and campaign needs.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
    • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and rates in alignment with client budgets and campaign goals.
    • Maintain a structured database of influencers segmented by niche, performance metrics, and engagement rates.
    • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns briefing, coordination, approvals, deadlines, and posting schedules.
    • Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer content.
    • Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment, tone of voice, and compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
    • Ensure campaign KPIs are met, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
    • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with insights and learnings.
    • Optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights and influencer performance.
    • Develop influencer benchmarks, cost-per-engagement standards, and category best practices.
    • Work closely with the Social Media, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with creative storytelling and brand goals.
    • Support business development with influencer ideas, proposals, and pitch materials.
    • Manage influencer involvement in shoots, events, and brand activations.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audiences.

    المؤهلات المطلوبة

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.

    • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or brand environment.

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).

    • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns across industries.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and influencer tracking tools.

    • Passion for trends, culture, and storytelling. Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in paid media amplification of influencer content.

    • Familiarity with regional influencer regulations and GCC influencer markets.

    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand tone.
