The Senior Account Executive works closely alongside the Senior Account Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day management of client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you will coordinate deliverables across internal teams, manage timelines and follow-ups, prepare client-facing materials, and serve as a reliable point of contact for client communications. While the Senior Account Manager leads on strategy and account ownership, the Senior Account Executive ensures everything runs on time, on brief, and on budget.

Day-to-Day Client Coordination
- Act as the daily point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling routine communications, requests, and follow-ups on behalf of the Senior Account Manager.
- Attend client meetings, document meeting minutes and action items, and ensure all follow-ups are tracked and completed on time.
- Relay client feedback to internal teams clearly and promptly, ensuring alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
- Escalate issues, risks, or scope changes to the Senior Account Manager proactively and with proposed solutions.
- Internal Coordination & Project Follow-Through
- Coordinate with Creative, Studio, PR, and Technology teams to ensure deliverables are produced on schedule and to brief.
- Track project timelines, task assignments, and deadlines in ClickUp, keeping all project boards up to date.
- Prepare and organize internal kick-off documents, creative briefs, and task breakdowns for new projects or campaigns.
- Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks and flag any delays or bottlenecks to the Senior Account Manager.
- Client-Facing Materials & Reporting
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to support the Senior Account Manager in client meetings and business reviews.
- Compile and format monthly and quarterly performance reports, pulling data from relevant platforms and organizing insights for client review.
- Maintain organized client files, including briefs, brand guidelines, and approval records.
- Quality Assurance & Deliverable Review
- Review all client-facing deliverables (social media content, designs, copy, reports) before they are sent to the Senior Account Manager for final approval.
- Ensure all outputs adhere to client brand guidelines, agreed-upon strategy, and YAZ Media quality standards.
- Maintain a deliverable tracker to ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple accounts.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage client meeting schedules, agendas, and logistics for the Senior Account Manager.
- Support onboarding of new clients by preparing welcome packs, access setups, and introductory materials.
- Assist with supplier coordination when needed, including following up with printing, production, or third-party vendors.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of account servicing SOPs and internal workflows.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
Must-Have

1–3 years of experience in account coordination, account executive, or client services role within a digital marketing, media, or advertising agency.

Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (preferably ClickUp)

Solid understanding of digital marketing services including social media, content production, and PR.

High attention to detail, especially in reviewing client-facing deliverables and documentation. Nice-to-Have

Previous experience working with government or semi-government clients in the UAE.

Familiarity with tender/RFQ processes for Dubai government entities.

Experience in the UAE media and marketing landscape.

Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Experience supporting proposal writing and pitch preparation.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
