تبحث YAZ Media عن محرر فيديو أول موهوب ومبدع للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. هذا الدور بدوام كامل، وحضوري في دبي. بصفتك محرر فيديو أول، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إنشاء محتوى فيديو جذاب وقوي بصرياً يلقى صدى لدى جماهير متنوعة، مع الحفاظ على هوية علامة تجارية متسقة عبر منصات متعددة. ستلعب غريزة رواية القصص القوية لديك، وخبرتك الفنية في التحرير، وقدرتك على إنشاء محتوى فيديو قصير، وجذاب، وعالي التأثير دوراً محورياً في تشكيل السرد البصري لعملائنا. ستتعاون بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الإبداعية لتحويل المفاهيم إلى أصول فيديو مصقولة وموجهة نحو الجمهور.

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, websites, and digital platforms
• Create platform-optimized edits for social channels
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects
• Edit event videos, brand films, highlights, teasers, and recap content
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflows (auto-captions, transitions, effects, upscaling, templates, etc.)
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Organize project files, timelines, and assets following studio workflows
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to iterate and refine edits based on feedback
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and emerging video formats.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, transitions, text animation)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual flow
• Experience editing social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, ads)
• Familiarity with AI tools for video editing (e.g. auto-captions, AI transitions, enhancement tools)
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
