Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in media sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced media agency environment and history of meeting monthly targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
- Identify and engage potential clients, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned to client briefs
- Transition closed deals to the project team with clear context and continuity
- Maintain active relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals
- Represent YAZ Media at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Track all pipeline activity, interactions, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years in a sales or business development role within a media, creative, or digital agency
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding monthly targets
- Experience pitching and selling creative, production, digital, or marketing services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
