Job Overview
The ideal candidate knows Arabic and will excel in communication, manage various projects and creatively pitch ideas and proposals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the primary creative liaison between the Sales team and clients, ensuring all campaign strategies and deliverables align with client objectives and drive sales success.
- Work dedicatedly with the Sales team to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative campaign strategies that support revenue goals and strengthen client relationships.
- Assist the Sales team in crafting compelling campaign proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate creative concepts and business value.
- Manage client relationships by maintaining consistent communication, understanding client needs, and providing timely updates and solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and target audience to proactively recommend strategic and creative solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth execution of all creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams(creative, production, marketing, and post-production) to develop innovative ideas, visuals, and strategies that elevate campaign quality.
- Create and pitch creative concepts for social media campaigns, digital content, and video projects (including commercials and branded storytelling).
- Ensure each concept is aligned with the client’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and sales goals.
- Lead the creative development process — from concept creation to scriptwriting, location selection, casting, and wardrobe — ensuring all logistics are clearly defined and executed efficiently.
- Direct and oversee production shoots, managing creative teams, talent, and on-site execution to ensure the final output meets creative and client expectations.
- Collaborate with editors and post-production teams, providing clear feedback on editing, CGI, sound, and color correction to maintain quality and creative alignment.
- Regularly present creative concepts and campaign updates to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop social media calendars, campaign timelines, and content strategies that support broader marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that all creative deliverables maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness, meeting both client and internal expectations.
- Provide final creative approval on campaign assets before client delivery, ensuring all work reflects brand identity and strategic intent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong skills in leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to pitch and present creative work.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant tools/software, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
- A Visual Proven experience in creative direction, especially in commercials, CGI
