Talent Acquisition Manager

YAZ Media is a group of five specialist agencies: YAZ Creative, YAZ Social, YAZ Communications, YAZ Production and YAZ Technology. We help brands and institutions be understood by the people they serve, in their language, in their context and wherever attention lives today. Our clients range from growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies, UAE government entities and regional brands. Our briefs range from a single campaign to work that spans several disciplines at once. You'll work alongside strategists, creatives, producers, communications specialists and technologists who expect clear thinking, well-made work and ownership of what you deliver.

We're looking for a high-volume recruiter with strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder skills, plus solid knowledge of the UAE job market. You'll be the face of YAZ Media to top talent and a key driver of our employer brand.

• Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple levels, from junior to director roles, with experience in creative, media, technology, or professional services industries and high-volume hiring (15+ hires per year).
• Expert sourcing capability, including identifying passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, combined with strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with strong relationship-building, negotiation skills, and ability to represent and promote YAZ Media’s culture and vision to candidates.
• Deep understanding of the UAE job market, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and employment visa coordination requirements.
• Strong technical recruitment skills, including experience with ATS or recruitment CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, pipeline management tools, and Excel for reporting.
