Job Overview

Our media agency is looking to hire an enthusiastic, outspoken, outgoing Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting YAZ services through various channels to achieve marketing goals and sales objectives. If you love meeting new people as potential clients, interacting and always on the go, then you might be perfect for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and target audiences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach potential clients and drive sales
  • Ability to hit the road running and show an early impact on the business by informing, educating and inspiring potential clients and businesses about YAZ Media services
  • Ability to develop fruitful relationships with potential clients, and to set up meetings with decision-makers within a limited timeframe
  • Present our company to potential clients by using your proven strategies and experience to attract new clients successfully and to negotiate and close business deals
  • Arrange business meetings and prepare presentations for prospective clients
  • Promote our digital marketing services by addressing or predicting clients’ needs and objectives
  • Follow up and coordinate clients project deadlines and content launch dates by overseeing the development and launch of new content channels with our marketing and design teams
  • Keeping in touch with clients after onboarding by tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns on monthly basis
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times while representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time design experience
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of understanding of design processes
  • Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related fields.
  • Passion for design trends, design disruptions and design innovation
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
