Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually captivating motion graphics, animations, images, and videos for our client's social media platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create visually captivating motion graphics, animations, images, and videos for social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Develop storyboards and visual representations to outline the flow and sequence of motion graphics and video content for social media campaigns.
  • Animate and edit motion graphics and video content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software to ensure engaging and seamless visual effects.
  • Design on-brand graphics, images, and video content optimized for various social media platforms to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Integrate typography, graphics, and other design elements effectively to enhance the visual appeal and message delivery of social media content.
  • Create content that encourages audience interaction, responds to comments, and fosters a sense of community on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align visual content with the overall content strategy and social media calendar.
  • Incorporate visual effects, compositing, and motion tracking techniques as needed to enhance the impact of motion graphics and video content.
  • Design visuals and graphics for social media ad campaigns, ensuring they are attention-grabbing and effective in achieving campaign goals.
  • Customize designs to suit the unique requirements and specifications of different social media platforms.
  • Apply post-production techniques to enhance the final output of motion graphics, videos, and social media content, including color correction, audio editing, and adding special effects when necessary.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design styles, and emerging technologies to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and relevant.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, content creators, and marketing managers, to align visual elements with the overall brand message and campaign objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time design experience
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of understanding of design processes
  • Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related fields.
  • Passion for design trends, design disruptions and design innovation
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
