We are looking for a Senior Social media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, manage various client accounts, and creatively pitch ideas. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and provide updates.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams of designers, video editors, copywriters, ad experts, community managers, and photographers to develop campaigns and strategies on various digital platforms.
Develops a deep understanding of each client’s business and industry to anticipate needs.
Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Present creative pitches and campaigns that align with client objectives.
Create strategies for social media campaigns and video projects, such as commercial advertisements, ensuring that each concept and KPI of clients are met.
Work closely with the production team to define project objectives, create scripts, select locations, and finalize wardrobe. Ensure all logistics, such as casting and timelines, are clearly outlined and adhered to.
Lead the creative vision during shoots, managing the production team, directing talent, and ensuring that every shot aligns with the creative concept.
Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to refine the final product. Provide feedback on editing, CGI integration, sound design, and color correction to ensure the final video aligns with the creative vision and client expectations.
Regularly present creative concepts to clients, and pitch new ideas.
Align campaigns with the client’s strategic goals and objectives.
Create social media calendars, campaign strategies, and overall content direction. Ensure that all creative efforts support marketing goals and brand positioning.
Ensure that all creative work is consistently high quality and aligns with the brand's identity.

Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to pitch and present creative work.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in relevant tools/software (e.g., CRM systems, Google Workspace).
Proven experience in creative direction for social and production campaigns.
