In this role, you will take charge of managing our clients' social media profiles, ensuring timely content posting and scheduling, analyzing performance metrics, and generating insightful reports. You'll need to keep a pulse on the latest social media trends and strategies, applying them to elevate our clients' online presence.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the management of social media accounts for diverse clients.
  • Schedule and post engaging content across various platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to gauge performance and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also thriving in independent tasks.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in social media account management and moderation.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media management.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media analytics, and online branding.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Independent and collaborative work ethic, capable of juggling multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for data interpretation.
  • Basic design and video editing skills, familiar with tools like CapCut, Instagram, and TikTok Video Editor.
  • A genuine passion for social media, keeping up-to-date with trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Creativity in crafting content for stories, Tweets, and captions, with a flair for storytelling.
